Showcase Comics and Game Bunker at Granite Run Mall
1067 W. Baltimore Pike, Media, PA

1,850 point Grand Tournament with five games over two days. Free lunch both days. Check in at 9 am on Saturday, pairings set up at 10 am, and game 1 starts at 10:30 am. The tournament is held in a separate area from the main store. We have converted another storefront in the mall to a private gaming bunker,with permanent tables, large amounts of scenery, and good AC.

Any skill level and age is welcome. We run anywhere from 500 point kill team games to 2.5k matches, and anything and everything in between. If you are simply interested in learning more about the hobby, come down as well. All tables and terrain are provided by the club. COST IS FREE. snacks are free. Drinks are 50 cents for a can of soda. Donations are encouraged for the room rental fee and snacks, but not mandatory. Ample room will be available for those wishing to play other table top games such as magic, FoW, chess, etc. or for painting and assembling your armies. Members will be on hand to assist and provide teaching seminars as needed. If you don't know, just ask!

Tables are NOT first come first serve. If you show up, you WILL be playing. 

Join with a great group of guys who love the hobby as much as you.

Missions: The Messengers (variation 1)

Deployment: Pitched Battle

Rules: VP resolution (10% of army size is a Draw), Reserves, Random Game Length

Special Rules/Mission

Each side gets three messengers/intel specialists that are needed to be exited off the enemy's three board edges (two sides and back edge) of his deployment zone. Messenger Profile is as follows:

4	4	4	4	2	5	2	10

Armed with pistol and CCW. Pistol is army appropriate.

Messenger may NOT join a squad and is NEVER considered part of a unit when a unit is assaulted within 2".

Scoring: For each Messenger off a proper table edge, its 200 VP. If the Enemy kills a messenger, it’s a 50vp value for each. If the Messenger simply does not get off the board and is still alive, its 25vp for the opponent per messenger.
